Today we are heading for a drive further north high up over the mountains and about 150km to drive around Clear Lake. Hard to take pictures on the mountain as let’s just say it was steep and curvaceous!! Sandy’s art work gives you the idea.

Walking in with that Aussie hat is a great way to meet Brian the barman and get all the local gossip!.
On the drive back to Calistoga it was better for picture as we were a bit more confident on the mountain.

DeleteGreat artwork Sandy. your trip thus far has sounded and looked amazing, strange how some people don't understand what (accessible) means. certainly a great place to whittle the time away while they miraculously made the walk through shower appear. We had 32mls of rain on Friday, Queensland is copping a hammering, the whole state, for at least another week, so we will get a little spin off . MAYBE ??? XXOO
