So huge, one felt like an ant driving between them!
It is the Cascade Range and Okanagan Range on Highway 97c and we went to 2134m.
The pictures don't do them justice the super steep ups and the super steep down the other side into Kelowna at 344m above sea level.
Driving over the maintains the view over the town of Merritt from the road felt like you were flying in a plane,
just extraordinarily high up.
Just had to stop at a flat river area to give my driving brain a rest from the steepness.
The smell of pine as the spring pollen starts wafting in the air was heady so it looks like my asthma puffer will get a work out over the next few days.
Just expecting to see a big grizzly feeding on a trout in that beautiful stream.
