Before we left Calistoga this morning we had to have a Busters Southern Style Smoke House Tri Trip Steak Sandwich!! With a side of Baked Bean's
It’s not pretty on the plate, one might say its 💩 on a shingle … but what it lacked in visual appeal it certainly won on in taste. Not our usual go to but the palette needs to be open to all sort of American experiences and this was one for the memory bank.
The BBQ sauce had a kick
The atmosphere was electric here and on a Sunday morning lining up with the bikies was great for a chat and chance to mingle with some locals.
