Coconut Rice

Pre washed jasmine rice and some salt


Pandan leaf, lemongrass, eschollotts, ginger 







Add turmeric with coconut milk for colour and taste


 Cook with lid on 


For about  20 minutes or till all the moisture is gone
(dont open the lid) 
leave for 5 ish mins off the heat than fluffy and serve
