Are a tradition Sri Lankan breakfast dish. As soon as we
dock, we walked via the Dutch Hospital Precinct along the ocean front to the
Galle Face Hotel that will be making Hoppers. This is a dish that Sandy was so
keen to see and learn how to make. It is a batter cooked in the shape of a bowl
served with an egg in the base and spicy condiments. What a taste sensation that
wakes the palette at 8am
