Salsa Verde Green Sauce



In a food processor blitz as much basil as will fit
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts and 4 walnuts
A big splash of olive oil
1 cup grated pecorino similar to Parmesan but not as salty  
A pinch of salt to taste 
This was great over Gnocchi we made a Fontana Del Papa
