Bruschettaria

Yep just like Pizzeria but for Bruschetta. We were driven for 1/2 hour into the woods for a truley local experience. The girls loved this place so much they want their wedding receptions here...it was so rustic and basic but tasty and casual. The ordering was done from 45 different combinations and on long bench tables the 9 of us sat now with Dad  Alberto, who had been at the construction site all day and who spoke very little English but somehow we all communicated perfectly.
The food was simple and served on paling fence planks. To us it was like long toasted sandwiches as it was on long bread cut in pieces with mushrooms or tomatoes or prosciutto or CHIPS topped with cheese in baked in the wood fired oven....with jugs of beer. This area is famous for porchinni mushrooms and it featured very heavily on the menu.  The place was heaving and well loved.
