Danielle's Mint and Cheese Spaghetti

350 gms spaghetti
1 bunch fresh mint
100 gms butter
100 gms swish cheese grated
1 egg yolk, salt
Wash and dry mint chop roughly boil pasta in pasta pot add back butter.
On low flame unite cheese, yolk and mint.
Turn off flame wait 1 min stir well.
Toss and serve
