A good chef never has to wash up!!!
and finally happily ever after.
As I always say.
Sandy loves to cook and Pete loves to EAT
Now I did say that there were 3 breads!

Wow this was a masterclass at the very highest level.
Learning from Vandana Jain gave us yet another
opportunity to delve even deeper into India culinary delights. We had a private class with one of the world’s
best known and respected Indian chefs and writers. Vandana has won cookbook for
the year with her Indian Veggie book in the Gourmand awards. She was one of six
finalists from around the world and won. A fantastic very full day cooking 2
Biryanis, 6 totally different gravies (curries) and 3 very different breads.
Sandy just can’t wait to get back to the Retreats Cooking School www.retreat@froogmoorepark.com.au
to be able to share
the amazing flavours we have learnt.
