Chicken Cacciatore.

Nothing is wasted here, what was yesterdays leftovers are recreated into today feast.

Using the left over Lemon Chicken from yesterday cut into smaller peices.
Heat some EVO in a pan with some finely chopped garlic just colour
Then add 1 bottle of passata (from the final ones still left in the larder from last season bottling as we have just made a new batch for this seasons) and 1 teaspoon of the Rosemary Salt, rinse out the passata bottle with water and add this in also.
Simmer with the chicken for 1 hr
The sauce needs to simmer long enough so that the sauce has the taste of chicken not just tomatoes.
