Welcome Drink

After checking into our little cool stone apartment with its tall four way arching stone ceiling that meets in the middle for somewhere to hang the rustic chandler.
One straight away feels like you are in farm house history story and we will be here for the next 4 nights.
So now it's up to the main entertaining area for a welcome drink, I think I can see that I will be very happy here and they have sunbeds too, that will certainly help the bronze colour of our Mediterranean suntans, in and around the cooking classes of course!!!

So the wines we are tasting are 2 local grape variety called Negroamaro or Primitivo and down south we have found them to be some of the BIG reds flavours we love...so happy days...

  1. Primitivo the great variety known to us Australians as Zinfandel. Two that you should try upon your return are Piggs Peake (Hunter Vally) and Cargo Road (Orange). Still looks like you are enjoying yourselves keep it up.

  4. Not sure that Pete would worry about the food you would eat but more on what you might drink! Also with you along it means extra suitcases with more goodies to give away.
