Having some questionable food here in Scotland, don't want to seam ungrateful for this wonderful food opportunity but the taste buds are getting a bit starved and the eyes looking for something arty on a plate!
Scottish food is simple fair but sometimes a bit too simple.
Loved this toasted sandwich on our heather mountain drive day. Chicken with roasted onion relish, Scottish cheese and haggis ... just loved the whole flavour combo and it comes with chips!

Getting the whole Scottish haggis overload (love it) as they team it up and hide it with some many dishes.
I remember that the crisps that is from my travels in the UK in 1975 - seems that some things don't change!
