We were recommended this restaurant, wow a great modern touch, food nice to look at on the plate and with a Scottish twist.
Coconut, carrot and ginger soup.
Mussels, yep very Scottish, small delicate and with a wee whisky and cream sauce Scottish-ley stunning.
Pork loin and root veg, yes again very much Scottish product ... done so well and the taste balance and seasoning perfect.
Lamb fillet with tempura enoki on a potato mash and red wine jus.
Fab dinner in a fab location looking over the fabulous Loch Ness
