Back to the Kitchen tomorrow

Well the time for frolicking joyously around the Scottish countryside is coming to an end.

The wide still streams with magic reflections

The rocky shores
The stormy sky's over a so called drought affected country.
Getting up close and personal with Heather!
Some Scottish culinary delights, well it had Haggis on it ... and it did come with chips!
To truly fabulous succulent scallops on a pea terrain.
This was a Scottish Food Heaven Day.
Cullen Skink another simply fabulous tasty Scottish dish,
this one was 3rd time lucky! I will blog about that in my overview of the Scottish cuisine later.
Its time again to get back into the kitchens and do what were are here to do, lean another new culinary cuisines.

So this time its not going to be Scottish Class
As over the past few weeks we have tasted the local Scottish cuisine, good and well sometime a little bit challenging.
We have had great chances to do some cooking, being welcomed into many commercial kitchens and looking into some of the local Scottish people home kitchens.

Tomorrows cooking class is all about the influx of the 1940's Indian cuisine in to the UK.thestory2.jpg

Indian food has became increasing popular all over the "UK".

Now I have been in a bit in trouble over the past few days as to who is who out and up here. For us from one of the British colony's (Australia) I'm still a bit naïve, so I was set straight in a Scottish Pub well as best I thought.
So the British Iles includes Ireland, London is in England, yep got that ... and Scots are from Scotland, yep following you so far! and the Welsh are from Wales but we are all part of the UK.
Cool thanks for the slightly drunken lesion.

But the English, Welsh and Scottish are all known as British's (not just the English) and the Ireland people are just adorably Irish.
OK I think I got it, I won't be bringing that question up in a Scottish pub ever again!!!
Well I think that's correct?  so a couple more Scotch Whiskies
we are all just people of this amazing world.
Even the creepy great uncle!
