At our last breakfast "Harold" presented us two Aussies with a jar of tomato sauce as he was trying to give us some spice for breakfast as Italian are more of a sweet breakfast people. It was AMAZING, it tastes great, so today it was scrambled eggs for breakfast with his tomato sauce. I could just tell that Sandy wants to take him back into the kitchen and show him how to make "soft scrambled eggs" but her in her ever so nice way just ask if he would email us his recipe as it is the BEST tomato sauce she has eaten, and it really was.
I guess you are allowed to have one disaster on a holiday. Not all lost though with a couple of recipes " into the what not to do with " recipe book although it might be a very small recipe book and not a big seller. Amazing how tomato sauce can be a lifesaver.
