Cooking in Lisbon

 
Today we cook in Lisbon, Portugal
 
We start our day in the beautiful old markets, they were so clean and in an amazing building.
 
 
 
 
Our chef Tomush took us into the fish section as we are cooking Monkfish, Prawn and rice
 
 
 
Also got some pork for the main



Desert was a floating merange with custard, cool tricks to do this.
