Pizza Night

After a great day cooking and eating biscuits yesterday today is all about the pizza. Well after all if you have a great New Stainless Steel man sized Kenwood with a dough hook what else would you do .... just dropping in some subtle little hints to Sandy, wonder if she is reading my blog!

1500g flour
9 g yeast
750 ml water
1 1/2 table sugar
30 g salt
150 ml oil
Hint QB water maybe 1 tablespoon if the dough is coming up the hook

1st rise for about 2 hours under lid.

Divide into 4 pieces.

Roll out, it was so elastic.

Makes 4 large trays so alter recipe as needed.

Now for "todays trick" at this point put into a 50deg oven for 2 more hours for the 2nd rise, this also intensifies the tomato passatta.
Add toppings to your liking, today we had some pork sausage, porcini and cheese.
