No. 2 Starter - Sweet and Sour Onions and Prawns

 
 
 
 
 
Loved the sweet and sour taste of the slow cooked onions.
In Italy this dish it is called "Soar" and to day with prawn but also good with other different seafood.
Michele garnished with roasted sliver almonds, parsley and mint and for me the mint rocked against the sour flavour.
