Perfect Simple Lunch

Doriano was busting to show me his vege garden and picked us some end of the season tomato's from his garden just below his man cave on the banks of the little river that runs through Piobbico.

Doriano's 800 gram tomato, some buffalo mozzarella, basil and fresh bread
 
 
 Sounds like the perfect lunch to me.
