Maria is a great chef we have leant many things from on our Vencie trips. Here is a quick lesson on fried pizza....yes fried pizza and it's amazingly low fat.... beautiful sauce, wholemeal dough, hot oil, mozerella and tiny sprinkle of Pecorino. There was not a spot of oil on the paper when it was let sit before topping. Ended with baked pumpkin ....not as you know it and sweet peppers.
