"Don't Enter" But where's the fun in that!

There are just ruins everywhere and just near Marina de Modica is this amazingly huge ruin.
Big sign out the front "don't enter" buts where's the fun and adventure in that!
But I'm thinking I'm not the first as there were several cars parked out the front and a very well worn track in and around the ruins, so in of a look then!

 

 In its day it must have been amazing place to live and 100m from the Mediterranean Ocean, prime real estate in the Norman times.

But today in the sleepy seaside town of Marina de Modica it sits as a monument to the past.
