Follow your nose and The Stations Of The Cross.
Erica our Bella interpreter from our lunch class at Gola told us the best pane (bread ... another Italian word for you) was up the hill and well just follow you nose.
Its always up a hill! and the hill was also the way to the church at the very top, so as we walked we followed

The tiled Station Of The Cross were beautiful
A sign at last, mind you we could smell the location before we saw the sign.
He was closed, well it was 4pm by the time the class had finished and we had crawled up the hill, he was sitting in his car and saw us and came back to open up again.
What a nice guy and was on for a great chat and gave us a tour around his bakery
Probably not his biggest sale of the day, but he just loved my hat!!!
The Pane we spectacular and he throw in a spinach and ricotta roll now that was to die for.
