Something Sweet

Almond are a true Sicilian staple
 150 grams sugar and almonds

 
Heat in a pan on the stove

 
Oil some marble to work on


Carful very hot


Separate into small clumps


Place on to lemon leaves

 
Simple, Tasty and so Sicilian.
