Goodbye Roma

The time has come to move onto our next cooking adventures.
Mothers day we flew the 1 hour out of Roma for Sardinia.
Sardinia is the Italian Island to the west of the Italian mainland in the Mediterranean ocean, for us the final of the 20 food regions, the last one for us to cook in!
Over the past few years of our Italian cooking experiences we have cooked in all the other 19 so now looking forward to seeing what the Sardinia food region has to offer.
