Goes well with pears, rocket, parmesan cheese and a dressing of chestnut honey, lemon and olive oil.
Chestnut honey, very Italian and has a dark bitter taste so not good on your toast ... but great in your salads.
Have seen it. Not always easy to get but not impossible either
