Suckling Pig

One of the typical Sardinian meat dishes that I was hankering to try was the suckling pig.
Vegetarian's look away now!!!




Cooked for several hours in huge farm ovens and tonight we were luck to be able to experience it.

 
The art around this farm was great, it really set the traditional mood 

 






The location was amazing and the food was ...well just succulent.
