Ciao Casa Fabbrina

Our time here at Casa Fabbrina has been amazing and with the great opportunity to be part of a working household, learning directly in the kitchen by ordinary Italian's that feed in their guest house up to 20 guests per night with no formal training only with recipes that they have been past down from parents and grandparents.
Loved the Tuscan pottery dinner setting, so fun and colourful.

So its the end of another great round of cooking experiences here on Italian agritourismo farms so some homework now to do writing up the recipes ... may have to leave that till tomorrow those eyes look like they have seen the bottom of way too many chianti glasses while chatting to the locals over dinner
