Is Baccalà available in Sydney? as there is none in good old
non-multi-cultural Tamworth.
Now your second mission ... Sandy tells me your David loves Pecorino cheese so by chance have you ever seen Cream of Pecorino? Huge yum yum from us both here in Italy.
We had it as a sauce over some individual baby spinach and pumpkin flans as an antipasto
Never seen cream of pecorino but baccala is available in two or three places not too far away.😊😊
