Simple Orecchiette

Simple Orecchiette with anchovies and bitter greens (rape) an amazing Pasta with anchovies.
The southern Italian bitter greens are a bit too bitter for our taste so we will use broccoli.

On medium heat add oil, garlic, till you have a little colour

Now on a very high heat so as to fry the anchovies and  dissolve the little bones

 

Orecchiette in to cook with the greens to help build the flavour
