Fried Polenta Cakes

Great as the antipasti to any Italian dinner menu.

 that are on Sandy's camera as the images are to big to down load with Italian wifi !!!
Its a bit like the Italian lighting !!
 
So the cooking for the day is over and Bella Sandy all dressed and helping put out tonight's feast only 20 for dinner tonight.
 

When there are only a few for dinner dress it up a bit ...
Little polenta mounds served with goats cheese, pears and sweet grape jam soooooo yum.
The goats cheese here in Tuscany is traditionally made by the people that came over from Sardinia and used the French method of a brie cheese.
Amazing what can happen when different cultures work together.
