Sarina The Chef

Getting briefed by the chef on the proposed menus for next few days in the kitchen here at Tl Poggio di Teo with Sarina. This is a small agritourismo and it will just be Sandy and I so one on one again, being the start of the week we are their total guests.
Lucky us, or is it that the Italians are warning other Italian that we are coming!!! the two inquisitive Australian that are asking sooooo many questions!!! 


 They grow their own ancient grains here as well as some low in gluten styles hmmmm
We have been having some fantastic breads that are made with the ancient grains. ( but sadly not in Tuscany, so far sorry Tuscany your salt free, dry bread sucks )





And well after the pasta course tonight I have discovered that I'm Gluten Free In-torrent !!!!
