Driving south through the Chianti wine region in Tuscany on our way to our next 3 days cooking in a country villa 120km northeast of Roma. We are on the lasts legs of this our cooking adventures and have now positioned ourselves above Roma for our last 2 weeks here in Italy.
Its getting very cold so what better way to finish our time in Italy than a few warm country kitchens and next week some natural thermal spas.
More of the autumn colours with the browns of the fresh ploughed fields and the sun setting making it all a warm orange.
If its not on a hill its in a valley, well that's Italy.
