When the money runs out its weed omelettes for dinner! and leftover weeds at that.
Noooooo these weeds were so amazing for lunch that I just had to ask them for a doggy bag and with some eggs wow a great omelette.
The 11 different sorts of wild weeds were collected for lunch at Piobbico and some were wild spinach and asparagus as the total flavour had a spinach taste. Its amazing what grows wild and lush in the Italian wild that are eatable.
