How could we say no

This was the email from Casa Fabbria re the cooking classes and as we only had 3 days ... 

Our cooking courses, as you can easily imagine, last for 5 days, but our kitchen is open: if you want to "assist" us (..so in the grandparents' family ) and help us prepare our dinner.... you can do it.....

Of course, in 5 days you can become a "little genius" of the most genuine Italian cuisine, we will do everything possible to make stand you in our kitchen while we cook, so you can see everything we do and you can learn from us!!

The ambience of our home is  a very familiar, it's easy to feel at home, and we are available 24 hours on 24 for every need.

 Such a beautiful  Italian response and as I have posted we did "assist" in the grandparents kitchen ... be we didn't realise it was for 20ish people each night. So this cooking experience was a win win them with slave labour!!! and for us we learnt so much and now we are well on our way to being "little genius".
