Loving our little outing in the Italian countryside some time out from the kitchens and as the cooking classes are done early in the morning and later into the afternoon we have time to explore during the middle of the day. The sun is setting by around 4.30 so its not a long day out, so packing in the view and walking everywhere.
We are visiting many little hill top villages that are not always on the typical tourist hit lists and finding some cracker locations to wander around as well as do lunch. Sovana is one such gorgeous town and as you can see on the GPS its up a hill.
Imagine having to put up with a view like that every day! How DO they do it??!!
