The bridge raises straight upwards to let the fishing boats enter the now busy location. This was before the airport a fishing village and today it still is so in the Fascist times 1940 -50 this modernist bridge was built so village life and an international airport could
coexist.
THOSE TREES CERTAINLY HAVE A LOT OF CARACTER.
