Chef Yahyu from Hotel Esplanade

What a interesting man originally from Iran, he took Sandy under his wing and then into his kitchen.
Now Sandy has some interesting recipes from Persia.

One of his breakfast creations a mayonnaise with shrimps, white pepper, dill and salmon roe.
Was at the hotel for 3 mornings and I had it for all 3 breakfasts with soybeans, cucumber and smoked salmon.
