Sweden is a 3 hour flight so 2000 km north of Italy. We flew over Tolfa, Piobbico, Bologna and Venice. Almost the same route in the air as we have just travelled by car over the past week with Lorna to see and cook with our wonderful Italian families.
From there we crossed the boarder over Austria, Germany over the Baltic Sea and into Stockholm.
The days are so long here it's 9.30 at night and I still have my sunnies on!
Our hotel on the Esplanade and now it's 10pm
10.15pm in the courtyard, our room on the balcony to the left, its a good night from Sweden. Looks like I will need to close the curtains as the sun is back up at 4am.
