Vodka and Pumpkin soup for breakfast,

being in the Nordic region with it's very cold winters and very short days, so in winter one needs to warm the stomach from the start of the day! Maybe just a tradition from our food guide but when in "Estonia".
  and what an amazing food ... vodka paring, two words I didn't think I would use in the same sentence let a lone have for breakfast. The soup with roasted pumpkin, barley and pine nuts and the vodka was made with pepper and honey.
 

 now with warm stomachs and an external glow it's of to the next food stop.
