Ricotta Crostata and now heading to Piobbico

When we were here last November the girls at Prato Del Angelo, as we were leaving they gave us a recipe for their Ricotta Crostata.
Heaven on a plate is my food memory, moist and yet crusty with sweet homemade jams.
Today we learned how to make it, again and as the internet is soooooo slow those pictures will just have to come later XX
 
The roads leading into the mountainous Piobbico 2 hours further south as we make our way to Rome by the end of this week.
