We are the only guests, so the kitchen and Andréa and Assentina are ours to share and learn a few more trick of the Italian trade.
Andréa is the king when it come to this tradition Italian dish.
I have talked about it in the past that it is a simple dish sure but it is the dish that has been a disappointment in most restaurants here and back home so I want to see Andréa do it again, watch and learn.
