Chicken Pastries




 Fantastic Little Pastries as a pre dinner with a G&T, Moroccan G&T of course ...well its the same, only you have it in Morocco!!!!
  Sautee the chicken and onion with butter, oil, oregano, black pepper, once cooked add a little cream. 
 


  Make a pastry of flour, oil, oregano with some grated edam style cheese (their cheese is a little salty) so add a little salt to the pastry.



Find 3 willing helpers, a couple of Moroccans are very helpful indeed and one cute Aussie to pinch a little bit of the pastry, cup it in their hands then fill with some chicken mix, fold over to make the parcels complete. The lady to Sandy's left is sooooo shy, when I got a good photo she has the best smile and laugh, so pretty.
To sandy's right is the most energetic English speaking lady that has done all the translations and made us feel soooo welcome, Nothing has been too much trouble for any of them. 
 



Then baste the parcels with a yoke wash and oregano bake for 10 to 15 mins.
