 Paprika and Turmeric

 

 

  Had a tour of the spice markets while we were waiting for our Chicken Pastilla to cook, a great 1/2 hour with no pressure to buy anything. Essaouira is such a small country fishing village feel and the markets are a delight to wander and actually you are able to just have look and not feel that you have to buy. 

 

 

This shop was lucky to be 2m x 2m, the smell of all the spices was so intense.
