Heading to Marrakesh

Cold and wet in England

Funky ceiling Peter G could this be a ceiling look for Tam's new studio!!

I Think I Need to Toast to Someone Health
Nice take off ... So I think it’s about time for a little drinkie poo or two!!!
Now it just wouldn’t be proper to be drinking without some sort of special occasion soooooo ……
A here goes ... big thanks to my best friend and bestman Bill for helping Suzie and Ross over the Easter Weekend to be able to use the comments section of the blog, their that should do ... cheers!
So toasting to your good health, I know how much you both love a little drop or two! So today I’m at 36,000 feet toasting you with a Glenlivet Small Batch Malt Whisky and yes, it is after 5pm sooooomewhere! Then its a quick snooze ... insert snoozy picture!

Arrived at Marrakesh airport in Morocco after a 3.5 hour flight.
The airport was new in 2016 "Amazing Ceiling"

It's about 7.30pm by the time we get through customs find our driver that has been sent to collect us from the House of Fusion Cooking School where we are for the next 5 nights. Soooo happy to see our name on the sign board being held up by Mustafa and now a 30min rid into Marrakesh.

The sounds of horns, crowded roadways and as it was getting dark and cool only 12 deg here and expecting rain. We may have missed all the sights but still got to fell the energy and experience the traffic off a huge city of a developing country. We arrive to the end of our ally and as we are staying in behind the walls of the old city, its by foot the rest off the way, but in true House of Fusion style they had a another little man this time with his trusty, rusty old trolley to transport our bags for us.
Not talking a trolley boy with a concierge suit on! this is a real Marrakesh worker dressed in his traditional non tourist outfit. With a huge smile and a warm hand shake he gestures for us to follow, getting the feeling it won't be a chatty walk, this guy is on a mission. Would have loved to take his photo but until I find out how to correct ask and as to not offend it is all just been put into the memory tank.
