Fruit Breakfast

  Loving the way Moroccan's mix nuts, seeds and spice into a
fruit breakfast.
Cinnamon sesame seed, prunes, almonds, pears, kiwifruit with a plain creamy yogurt.
Hmmmm did also have the fruits exchanged for avocado and for me not a fan that way, so will stick to the fruits from now on.
 


Throw in some carbs with a sweet date filling and you are set for the day
