Like any happy marriage the wife is the boss and here in Morocco as much as you might think the mans is boss ... it's just like any country in the world the wife is the real boss.

So the peas ended up as a tagine with eggs scrumo

And the Chicken ended up as Rfissa, this is a celebration dish for when the wife has had a baby.
It is so full off goodness and replaces that what the baby takes from the mother during pregnancy.
