  Today Sandy presented the girls with her cookbook, these cook books are becoming international.

Cool my Sand's an international cookbook distributor.

Won't be giving up our day jobs, BUT to see the looks on their faces was the best payment one could ever need. 

 

So let's make Sandy's orange and almond cake for dinner tonight.

  Fantastic afternoon ... was a real feel good experience.

 

Not the same as at home as they don't have a blender so the oranges and almonds are much courser, and well ... that oven!! a bit hard to judge the temperature so maybe a new Moroccan version.
