After 5 amazing days with “some long hard sleepless nights” … not only because we were at the Looooove Hotel, opps toooo much information, noooo .... never!! no actually because the traditional Japanese beds are just so dam hard.

 

On the Food Scene ... It has been yet another great FHE …

"food heaven experience".

We have learnt many more of the finer Japanese food details this time, we have dug loads deeper into the subtle difference of Japanese cuisine. From the difference of Shi So leaf to its flower, and how important to understanding it as a Japanese herb as the green Basil is to the Italians or Vietnamese mint is to the Vietnamese, to the vast variety of salts and peppers.

I've shown you so many pictures of food that I want to leave the this last post on Japan on a cute note, everything about Japan is just "so dam cute".
