Tensei ... Today we were in Japenese "Food Heaven"

Soooo worth the trip south ... 2 hours from Shin Yokahama via 3 trains and a stunning walk in the country side to arrive at a sake brewery for a absolutely fabulous traditional lunch show casing the spring season with many of the ingredient that we have been using over our past days cooking with Hiroko. An educational day with our very own food interpreter. Sooooo Lucky
