Shaba Shuba Salad


 
Cook thin sliced pork in boiling water for a minute only, drain on paper
 
 
Slice cucumber, Tomatoes, Salad onion on slicer.

Make fine shreds of Shiso leaves.

Seeweed wider style cook in hot water by dipping it in and out until its tender.

 

Make a serving plate and serve with Shuba shuba sesame dressing
